This class will include a combination of yoga, pilates and gentle movement to assist you to open and release stress from both your body and mind as well as assisting with flexibility, strength and balance.  To maximise the benefits of the exercises a guided deep relaxation is included at the end of every Class.

SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS TO EXPERIENCED AS ADAPTATIONS ARE OFFERED.  

CLASS INCLUDED IN MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP OR PAY AS YOU GO BASIS. £7 per person.
