Time For You - A time to simply relax & unwind. You will experience simple & effective ways to find inner peace and combat stress. Lots of positive health benefits and plenty of ideas to take away with you. Handouts will be supplied, please bring a yoga mat & blanket to lie on if you have them.
Energise – Wish you had more energy, better posture, a more toned body, looked younger and felt more relaxed and at ease??? Then this one is for you. Discover the five ancient Tibetan exercises (Kriya Yoga) that can bring about a better sense of well being and profound benefits when practised regularly. Please bring a yoga mat & blanket if you have one. Handouts of the exercises to take home will be supplied.
Footsteps To Better Health (FTBH) – By the end of the workshop, you will be able to give a relaxing foot massage to loved ones, family & friends. Learn about the basics of reflexology and how you can use foot massage on yourself and others. You will be working on your own feet and pairing up with one other, so please bring sweet feet & a towel with you. Any other equipment & cream will be supplied. A work book for you to take home will also be provided.
Detox for Body & Mind - Detoxing is talked about all the time now in health articles and magazines but do yuo understand why we should detox and how?? This inspiring workshop will look at the benefits to the mind, body & spirit when we detox proparly from the inside out. We will explore foods to avoid and food to add into your healthy eating plan. How to body brush thoroughly and use massage as a way to eliminate toxins and cellulite. Anti-cellulite and detox body massagers will be available to purchase on the day.

Martha Brophy BSc Hons MAR ATL is an experienced Adult Education lecturer, holistic therapist & fitness instructor with over 10 years experience in the well being industry.
The workshops cost £30 per person. Attend two in one day for £50.
The workshops will be held at the Gardens Hotel, 55 Piccadilly, Manchester M1 (www.gardenshotelmanchester.com) just up the road from Debenhams on the corner of Portland St & Piccadilly. Closest car park is Dale St. Every first Saturday of the month but places must be booked in advance.
