The staff based in Manchester Debenhams stores are warm, friendly, professional and down to earth. They will put you at ease if you have not experienced any Spa treatments before and be delighted to explain any of the treatments to you in more detail if you are not sure of anything.

Martha Brophy - Martha is the Spa Co Director and started the business is 2004 after managing a complimentaery health clinic and Spa and wanting to create something of her own. Her vision was to make wellbeing and beauty treatments affordable and accesible to as many people as possible, believing that many people cannot afford to go for a full residential or full day spa break or do not have the time due to other commitments. Martha works in the business carrying out treatments and training the staff and enjoys a hands on approach. 
Michelle Marsh - Michelle is the Spa Supervisor in the City Centre outlet and has over 6 years experience in the Day Spa industry. Michelle has a gentle and caring nature that allows customers to feel at ease straight away. Michelle looks after all the day to day running of the Spa Co administration in the City Centre and group bookings. 
Colette Carty - Colette is Head Therapist at the City Centre and a truly wonderful all round therapist with over 5 years experience. Colette has a National Diploma in Holistic Therapies and NVQ level 2 in Beauty therapy. You will always be met with a warm smile and friendly manner from Colette and she is a perfectionist in all that she does. 
Nicola Meredith - Nicola has her NVQ 3 in Beauty therapy and over 6 years experience in the industry. Nicola has a very easy going and natural manner which will put you at ease and leave you feeling superbly pampered and cared for. 
Caroline Bove - Caroline has a gentle manner and a wonderful therapeutic touch. She has over 3 years experience in practising holistic therapies and is qualified with IIHHT level 3 certificates in Reflexology, Indian head massage, Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi ear candles), Swedish massage and Aromatherapy body massage. Caroline also offers Hot Stone massage, facials, waxing and pedicures. 
Rabina Yassir - Rabina is qualified in both beauty therapy and holistic therapies with her first passion being in holistic therapies. Rabina has much life experience and depth of compassion and understanding which makes all her treatments very effective and therapeutic to those that receive them. 
Jayne Ryder - Jayne is a holistic therapist and offers Body massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexolgy, Thermal-Auricular Therapy (Ear candling), facials and Hot Stone Massage. Jayne has a genuine passion and enthusiasm for this line of work and puts that across in everything that she does. 
Jennifer Holberry - Jenny has a BTEC National Diploma Level 3 in beauty therapy amongst other industry related qualifications. Jenny has over 3 years experience and brings with her a caring & professional manner. Jenny is currently studying her Adult Education Teachers Certificate to go on to teach beauty therapy in the coming years.

Job Descriptions
Spa Manager
The ideal candidate will be qualified in Holistic therapies and/or beauty therapy with at least 3 years experience. You will have an outgoing personality, inspirational character and a professional manner. Exceptional personal presentation skills and team management experience are also required. It will also be necessary to possess some knowledge and experience of using IT and to develop these skills in line with the current Spa Co software being used.
The ability to motivate therapists is key and a background in training would also be an advantage.
Spa Therapists
You will be currently insured and a member of a recognised organisation e.g. The Association of Reflexologists, Federation of Holistic Therapists etc.You will need to be fully qualified in one or more of the following:
